The Fine Print

This gift voucher is issued with a unique reference identification code (ID) and may be redeemed only once, in full amount at one location. The value of the voucher cannot be split across multiple services or locations. Any unused balance is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed later. If the price of the selected service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the guest on site. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, or transferred. The voucher number must be provided at the time of booking and presented upon arrival to redeem the experience. Reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null and void. Voucher validity period cannot be changed. The provider reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions.
